 Client Love...

I had an amazing birthing experience and I 100% owe my confidence and trust in my body to the research shared and support of Dr Alex and everything outlined in her ebook and the website.

The exercises and stretches are simple but super effective! I had a big heavy belly early on and working on my feet each day meant my body was exhausted and so sore but implementing simple things into my day made a world of difference.

I highly recommend BBB to all Mummas!

- Kayla

So many great stretches and tips for pregnancy on here, I love it!

And the videos mean I can show my partner how to do the ones that require his assistance!

Would definitely recommend showing your friends this page.

I found (BBB) very useful for my own pregnancy journey, including an understanding of how the body changes during pregnancy and plenty of exercises and techniques to keep the body balanced and healthy during pregnancy.

I was very mindful of my pelvis positioning and posture after learning about the importance of it in the eBook and I utilised the birth ball exercises and kept up with frequent chiropractic adjustments.

The use of these techniques resulted in my baby being positioned beautifully and my birth being an intervention free & positive experience!
